Dina Snyder
Founder & President
Dina began her career in the insurance industry over 20 years ago. She has had many experiences in many different facets of the industry but being on the employer side in Risk Management brought all of her knowledge in line with one truth. Returning Injured employees back to work was the most instrumental action to everyone involved in any given claim. Far beyond the cost mitigation, return to work for an injured employee gives them hope, motivation in their recovery and strengthens the employer-employee relationship. Dina decided to solely focus on helping employers with the aspect of return to work, knowing the benefits would reach far and wide. “You are going to change someone’s life today”, this is something Dina says; she believes we are all capable of doing this every day. You can change the course of someone’s life with simple actions, and so we are motivated to help others. TWS everyday helps employees, employers and the communities in which they live, it is the best thing we could do. Dina lives out her beliefs in her day to day life. Dina enjoys most of all spending time with her husband and teenage boys.

VP of Operations
Tracy heads up our Client Service Support keeping our service excellence exceeding our client’s expectations. Tracy joined our team in 2015 starting out with the responsibility of heading up our time sheet collections. Tracy has a BA in Psychology and started her career as a travel coordinator for a college sports team and then expanded into Human Resources. Tracy is a disciplined multi-tasker and a motivating leader. Tracy gives her time generously to her community and enjoys being connected to various undertakings, supporting local education. When not at work you can find Tracy and her husband cheering at their son’s baseball games. Tracy also enjoys cooking and baking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
