Her experience working directly on the employer side in Risk and Claims Management reinforced a core belief that continues to guide her work today: helping injured employees safely and successfully return to work is one of the most impactful actions in the claims process.

While an effective return-to-work program helps control claim costs, its greatest value extends far beyond financial outcomes. Returning employees to meaningful work promotes confidence, supports recovery, preserves dignity, and strengthens the relationship between employers and their workforce.

Driven by this philosophy, Dina founded TWS with a singular focus on helping employers build and maintain successful return-to-work programs. Her vision was to create a company recognized for exceptional service, providing employers with a trusted partner that is responsive, reliable, consistent, and cost-effective.

Outside of work, Dina enjoys baking, walking her dog, and reading. Dina finds spending time with her husband and their adult sons her favorite past time.

For over 10 years, Tracy, Vice President of Operations, has been dedicated to streamlining operations and enhancing client service at Transitional Work Solutions. Her commitment to service excellence consistently ensures that we not only meet-but exceed-our clients’ expectations.
Tracy joined our team in 2015, initially taking on the responsibility of leading our timesheet collection process. Since then, she has played a key role in strengthening operational efficiency and supporting the continued growth of the organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and began her career as a travel coordinator for a college sports team before expanding into Human Resources. This diverse background has shaped her into a disciplined multitasker and an inspiring, motivating leader.

Tracy is also deeply committed to her community, generously giving her time to support local initiatives, particularly those focused on education. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and adult son.
